Airport Pick up Procedure: Upon arrival, once you have your luggage, please report to the booth marked GROUND TRANSPORTATION. This booth is located inside the terminal just off to the right beside the customs window as you exit from the luggage area. State your name to the commissionaire and that you are waiting for Woods Limousine. He / She will then call up our vehicle from a designated area in which we have to wait until your report in. If you have any problems; ie lost luggage, delays or change in flights, please call us asap toll free @ 1-888-720-5466.
Woods Limousine drivers track your flight progress to make sure that they are on time for your arrival. Please call ASAP if there are any changes / cancellations to avoid any extra charges.
Limousine Service Rental Agreement Terms of Serivce
Basic Client hereby verifies that the reservation confirmation is correct. Woods Limousine is not responsible for any personal property left in the vehicle. Client understands that Acts of God, unforeseen traffic and severe weather conditions may delay travel. There may be unexpected breakdowns and other unforeseen events beyond the control of the Company, for which the Company shall not be liable to the client. There shall be no recourse for the same.
In the event of a vehicle breakdown, all efforts will be made to supply a replacement vehicle. If a replacement vehicle is sent and/or client refuses a replacement vehicle, no refund is due. If the client accepts the replacement vehicle, no refund is due. We may sub contract the rental to another limousine service.
The price quoted is for the service(s) indicated at the time of the booking. Extra stops and wait times may incur extra charges.
All vehicles are non smoking.
Illegal consumption or alcohol and/or the use of narcotics are prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the service. Additional charges may apply. Minors will not permitted alcohol in or around the vehicle at any time. Client shall be responsible for any and all damages to the vehicle caused by his/her guests. Vomit in or on the limousine will result in a minimum $150.00 clean up charge.
Rescheduling of service is possible at no extra charge, as long as rescheduling is requested before the driver is dispatched. 1.5 – 2 hours prior to booking start time should suffice. This does not apply to special occasions. The full fare will be charged if the passenger fails to be at the designated pick up location (no show).
A minimum of 7 days notice is required for cancellation of all special occasions, i.e. weddings, proms.
Deposits are taken at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Woods Limousine does not guarantee vehicle availability or pricing for reservation changes. Should you need to cancel your reservation on the day of the service, please call our office ASAP. At least 4 hours prior to pick up time is recommended. A cancellation number will be given if requested. This is your proof of the cancellation. Charges for late cancellation may apply if not enough notice is given, please cancel early to avoid this. Do not cancel via email unless giving 24 hours notice. Please make sure you receive a cancellation number.
